The Lolly dispatch screen really consolidates the seamless communication between front of house and kitchen staff. It displays the full order clearly for staff members packaging customer’s orders once they have been prepared. Staff members can cross check the order, ensuring an error free process. In outlets where there are strict service time limits, Lolly can set screens to flash red when a certain time frame is exceeded. A printer can be connected so a copy of the full order can be given to the customer on collection. If a pager system is in operation, the dispatch screen can notify the pager. Similarly, if the customer has ordered online, the screen pushes a notification that the order is ready for collection.
