Amazing Chocolate Workshop
Lolly provides excellent support levels and is always rapid to respond both in and out of office hours – for staff at all levels – both during the build deployment and now with lifecycle management. The system is really easy to use, which is key in what can be a very pressurised trading environment with fast transactions.
With the new LollyPro till all the information is loaded into the Cloud via the till, much like a mobile phone, and each person serving has their own log in. It’s easy to simply log on and off when you need it – speeding up the service. As a manager, I can log in to see how well we have done each day. It helps me to manage staffing levels for busy times, and also to order in the right levels of stock when I can see we are beginning to run low. The service levels from Lolly have been exceptional. When we set up there was someone on hand to talk us through the system and how to best use it.
Open Air Events
The battery life, ease of use and lightweight nature of the LollySmart makes it the dream till for these types of event. The tills are easily programmable, which means we can upload details to a memory stick and have as many tills up and running in a really fast timeframe, which helps where we go from one event and immediately to another. And the fact that they are so intuitive and easy to use was a huge selling point for us. We have all our own trained staff, but should we need to bring in anyone new, we can show them how to operate the till in less than 10 minutes.
The LollyServe system is one of the best ones we have come across. It is really easy to navigate and use and we are receiving excellent feedback from customers who are able to come in and effectively serve themselves quickly and easily. It is also helping our staff to focus more on the customers, instead of gearing all their work around simply taking orders during busy periods…Having the LollyServe in situ is definitely helping us to generate more orders and we have increased revenues by comparison with the same period last year.
What we have found extremely useful is having the ability to adapt the tills to suit the upcoming event in question; we can programme them. The tills from Lolly really support speed of service, because they are intuitive and easy-to-use. The operators can easily jump on and off them, turning orders around as quickly as possible. No more clunky keys, making it difficult to input the relevant data. We have also been hugely impressed by the support levels at Lolly. The service they provide is personalised and bespoke to Create. We are made to feel like important clients, and our queries are answered very quickly every time.
