New Lolly App Analytics Reveals What Your Customers Really Want

New Lolly App Analytics Reveals What Your Customers Really Want

We’re excited to announce Lolly App Analytics, a new feature in Lolly HQ that enhances user experience, making it easier to spot emerging trends without the need to manually review individual reports.

We listened to our customers and used their feedback to shape an analytics dashboard that delivers meaningful, actionable insights.

The analytics cover key areas such as ordering behaviour and conversion rates, most popular items, top upsell performers, and subscriptions. You can also export the underlying chart data, allowing you to analyse it further or visualise it using your own charting tools if needed.

The dashboard is fully configurable. You can choose to hide specific tabs and charts to suit your needs, creating a view that works best for your business. Because the analytics are user centric, they can also be tailored further with the support of your account manager, ensuring the data presented is both relevant and actionable.

Data is only collected from users who have opted in to analytics. However, you will still be able to see overall opt in versus opt out rates, giving you a clear picture of your data coverage.

This project brought together customer feedback and expertise from across the Lolly team to act on our customers' needs. Headed by Matthew Bennett, we developed Lolly App Analytics to give clients easy access to the data and trends that help them deliver even better customer experiences.

Matthew Bennett, Developer at Lolly, says:

App analytics is a great tool for our clients, it gives clear insight into the current and past trends of their apps. The best part is that because it's developed in-house so we're able to cater to our clients needs by adding and tailoring charts and metrics to best suit them. The feedback from our clients so far has been really valuable, and we've welcomed every bit of it."

Darcy Johnson, Lolly Product Manager, adds:

"Great hospitality runs on knowing your customers. The Analytics Dashboard gives our clients that knowledge in real time- visual, easy to navigate, and built right into LollyHQ, so feedback flows straight into how they shape and improve their service."

Analytics is enabled on request- get in touch with your account manager to arrange a walkthrough.
