How long have you been with Lolly?
I’ve been with Lolly for over two years.
What does your job entail? What are the highlights?
As the Sales Manager for Lolly, my role is to focus on driving revenue, building and managing client relationships, and expanding the business. I’m responsible for both strategising and executing sales plans to grow market share and foster long-term partnerships with clients across the hospitality and education sector
Who inspired you to pursue the career you have today?
With my passion for technology and innovation and my love of closing the sale, it was the perfect role.
What are you most proud of achieving during your time at Lolly so far?
One of our key objectives for 2024 was to establish Lolly as a leading provider of Hospitality solutions for the Education Sector. We have more than exceeded our expectations and targets for 2024 and now looking forward to building on our success over the coming years ahead.
Where do you see yourself in five years’ time?
In five years’ time, I look forward to being part of the winning team that helps Lolly become the leading provider of tech solutions to the hospitality industry.
What are your outside interests and hobbies?
I love spending time in the garden and really enjoy completing DIY projects around the home. But as a Husband, Father, and Grandad, spending time with family is my favourite pastime.
Chloe McDean, an aspiring marketer who is currently studying media in her GCSEs, joined Lolly’s experienced marketing department for five days to complete her school work experience module. During her time at Lolly, she learned valuable tips in how to navigate industry-standard marketing tools and discovered more about what a role in marketing entails.
This year’s CUBO Summer Conference, held on Tuesday 10th and Wednesday 11th June at Northumbria University, served as a dynamic platform for sharing best practices, exploring transformative technologies, and celebrating excellence in the Further and Higher Education sector.
