It’s Lolly Consolidates Growth

Victoria Snow, Tim Lee and Corinne Suttle join the Lolly teamIt’s Lolly, the POS and payments specialist, has made a series of appointments to help support the company’s continued growth. The appointments follow a number of large contract wins, with the business set to expand further in 2021.

Victoria Snow joins as project manager, with responsibilities including overseeing larger project implementation. In her previous role as continuous improvement manager at Stansted Airport, she primarily worked for the security division. With experience working for Anglia Ruskin University and the East of England Ambulance Service, she is now excited to be implementing her project management skills in a new sector. She comments:“I am delighted to be working in a growing business. There are lots of amazing opportunities coming up in the future, and I am ready to help take things to the next level at Lolly. Tim Lee has come on board as account/partnership manager, bringing with him many years of experience in the international corporate events arena, specialising in client, partner and supplier liaison. He will be responsible for developing partnerships to enable further mutual gain."

He adds: “I was inspired by the quality and freshness of Lolly’s branding, not to mention the leading customer experience itself. I perceive a real dynamic edge to this organisation and am truly excited by the current set up and potential for growth.

Corinne Suttle has been appointed as payments processor and office manager. With previous experience in the payments industry, she is well-suited to the role. She comments:“ It is rare to find one company in this sector that brings everything together. Lolly does this by offering hardware and software for the whole hospitality journey, from ordering, to payment, back-office and beyond. Lolly has some real USPs in this marketplace and I am very excited to be part of the company’s growth plan.

Peter Moore, CEO of It’s Lolly: “2020 was such a busy year for the business, with a number of very large contract wins. As we look to consolidate these and continue on our growth trajectory, we need to ensure we have the right team in place.“I am very much looking forward to working with Victoria, Corinne and Tim, and benefiting from the knowledge and skills they will introduce into the business.
