LOLLY APPOINTS STEVE WATSON AS NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
-EPoS and payment solution specialist brings in sector
specialist to help drive growth-
Lolly, the EPOS and payment solution specialist, has appointed Steve Watson into the role of new business development manager.
Steve joins from Andromeda, the largest EPoS specialist in the take away and restaurant sector, and brings with him a number of years’ experience understanding the exacting needs of the hospitality industry. Prior to working in the EPoS and payments market Steve worked in the 118 Group, Groupon and Barclays Bank.
Peter Moore, CEO at Lolly, said: “We are delighted to welcome Steve to our growing team. His understanding of EPoS and payments and the hospitality sector will be invaluable. His consultative approach ensures that he fully understands the needs of customers, when it comes to finding the best technology to help their businesses grow.”
Steve Watson added: "I am joining Lolly at an exciting time for the business, as it continues to gather momentum. I am impressed by the approach of the company when it comes to helping small businesses throughout the UK's hospitality industry, and I look forward to helping to drive continued growth."

As the hospitality sector moves through another year of rapid technological evolution, one thing has become clear: while innovation continues at pace, the gap between promise and real-world delivery is widening. 2025 has been dominated by conversation, ambition and expectation, but 2026 will be defined by outcomes.

Lolly volunteers at Kids Inspire’s Christmas Appeal, wrapping gifts to bring joy and support mental health for children and families across Essex and Suffolk.

Lolly, the hospitality software specialist, has completed the full offsetting of its Scope 1 and 2 carbon emissions for 2024 with Circular Ecology. They have continued to evolve their net-zero roadmap, ensuring environmental considerations are embedded across the organisation.
