Revolutionary payment system LollyPoS has been shortlisted in The Café Life Awards within the Best New Product category.LollyPoS is the first Windows-based downloadable EPoS, integrating payment functionality and customer management - in response to the continuing growth of the UK hospitality industry.
The Café Life Awards recognise excellence and encourage innovation in the important UK café and coffee bar sector. Judged by panels of professionals from the industry, the awards are intended to inspire by example, by highlighting those involved in the sector who are pioneering and leading the market, whether in the development of new products or the creation of excellence in the high street.
Gethin Evans of the Café Life Awards, said: “LollyPoS provides a downloadable integrated payment function that can quickly and easily be set up. The system is fully supportive to the hospitality business, making it the perfect payment function for cafes and coffee shops. The judges were impressed with the system for start-ups and the simplicity to add in extra functions as the business grows."
Café culture in the UK is one of the fastest growing lifestyle choices and with the growth of more independent outlets, systems like LollyPoS assist the growth of small businesses enabling them to compete against the larger high street chains.”
Peter Moore CEO at Lolly, added: "We're proud to be shortlisted with our entry. Lolly is dedicated to supporting the growth of the hospitality sector, and we designed LollyPoS to help small/fledging coffee shops drive profit and reduce cost."
