The inaugural PUB15 was held at London’s Olympia from 18-19 February 2015, providing a new event with a new approach. Lolly attended the event and displayed the Smart touchscreen-based, point of sale system, attracting over 70 visitors to the stand during the course of the event.
About Lolly Smart
The Lolly X 10 is a new approach to supporting the independent retail and hospitality markets: Smart offers an all in one EPoS system complete with integrated Chip & PIN card reader, cash drawer, printer and optional 2-D scanner. The Smart on display at Pub 15 was ready for work straight out of the box and may be further enhanced with the Lolly’ HQ on Demand HQ-based management solution.
About HQ on Demand
Lolly HQ-based application provides centralised access and real-time data relating to sales, stock management and inventory control and may be accessed at any time, anywhere and from any device running an Internet browser. See you next year at the show. The show offered Consolis an excellent opportunity to meet colleagues and handpicked suppliers from across this thriving and vibrant industry, keep up-to-date with trends, share ideas, network and gain inspiration with some of the sector’s most innovative operators. The Leading Pub and Hospitality Show is set to take place on 9-10 February 2016.

Lolly App Analytics is a new feature within Lolly HQ that helps hospitality businesses uncover customer trends and performance insights without manually reviewing reports. The configurable dashboard provides visibility into ordering behaviour, conversion rates, popular items, upsell success and subscriptions, while supporting data exports for deeper analysis. Developed using customer feedback, the solution delivers actionable, user-centric insights to help clients improve customer experiences and make informed business decisions.

Self service kiosks help UK hospitality operators increase throughput without adding staff, easing cost pressures from wages and recruitment. When properly integrated with EPoS and kitchen systems, they improve order accuracy, reduce queues and lift revenue. By combining labour savings with higher transaction volume and better data insight, kiosks deliver clear ROI and a measurable payback period.

AI is rapidly becoming part of everyday work, reshaping expectations across a multi generational workforce. Organisations that succeed will focus less on technology alone and more on helping people adapt, learn and build confidence, ensuring human needs stay at the centre of transformation.
