Employee Spotlight: Harriet Gribble, Product Manager
Each month we take a closer look at one of Lolly's fantastic team members and find out more about how they help drive Lolly's success. This month the spotlight is on Product Manager, Harriet Gribble.
How long have you been with Lolly?
I’m just coming into my 4th month.
What does your job entail? What are the highlights?
I’m a Product Manager which essentially involves bringing our vision of the product and specific client requests through to development and owning the continued lifecycle of the products. I strive to have a wide understanding of the business I work in, having problems to solve and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions. My highlights so far have been building relationships with my new colleagues and immersing myself in all the interesting and insightful Lolly data.
Who inspired you to pursue the career you have today?
I’d say it’s a combination of people who inspired me. My previous CEO and Head of Development played a significant role - they were incredibly supportive and instrumental in helping me build the skills I needed to get to where I am today. I wouldn’t have had the same opportunities without their guidance.
What are you most proud of achieving during your time at Lolly so far?
Transitioning from 18 years in luxury e-commerce to the B2B EPoS industry has been a significant learning curve and challenge, but one that I’ve genuinely enjoyed. I’m proud of how quickly I have immersed myself in my new environment, and I’m eager to keep pushing forward and achieving the goals I’ve set for myself.
Where do you see yourself in five years’ time?
My long-term goal is to work towards becoming a Chief Product Officer. While five years might be an ambitious timeline, I’m committed to growing and contributing as much as I can to reach that level, whenever the time is right.
What are your outside interests and hobbies?
I love to ride and was previously doing low-level dressage competitions, however, since having my second child just over a year ago I’ve not found the time (or energy!) to get back into it. Hopefully, I will soon. I also love to travel and hope to share this with my young family as they grow.

Lolly has become the first UK hospitality technology company to achieve the new ISO42001 accreditation.
