What is self-serve?
LollyServe enables your customers to order restaurant menu items themselves; for example through a food-ordering kiosk, or a hand-held device.
This flexible and bespoke software has been developed specifically for restaurants and fast food outlets in the hospitality industry.
How does self-service work?
Customers place their menu order via a touch screen. This generates an order number, which is delivered directly to the kitchen to freshly prepare the food and the order is then generated for the customer to collect. The system takes full payment with a high level of security. We know from customer feedback that ordering through LollyServe is easy and intuitive.
Self-service puts your customers fully in control of the food choices they make, whilst freeing up your staff to work on providing great customer service.
Is self-serve expensive, or economical?
LollyServe has been priced to be affordable for restaurants and takeaways of all sizes.
It can run on a simple tablet, handed to your customer once they are seated; or it can power a large interactive kiosk – it’s your choice.
