Reporting to the CEO, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of market trends.
Responsibilities
· Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities in target markets
· Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
· Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
· Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives
· Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions
· Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
· Provide regular reports on sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics
