Restaurant Show 2015 Stand UK18 5 October, 2015-Technology specialist opens a gateway for independent hospitality providers with its upgraded HQ on Demand- Today sees the re-launch of the Consolis back-office system. The hospitality technology specialist's HQ on Demand software is designed to enable Point of Sale (POS) management. It facilitates the monitoring, control and reporting on sales and stock through a hospitality provider's browser, revolutionising the way they operate. The ‘admin’ function of the software allows for central management and set-up of all of EPoS units across multiple locations. The tool can provide a quick dash board overview, through to detailed reporting that can be exported into Excel, Word or PDF - helping to improve business efficiency through immediate access to real-time data.Peter Moore, CEO of Consolis, said: "We launched our back-office system, HQ on Demand, two years ago, and it has been very well-received by our customers across the hospitality sector."We felt the time had come to develop the system to give our customers more flexibility. The upgraded HQ on Demand is HQ-based, and helps hospitality providers to manage their site and stock levels as efficiently as possible, so they can effectively run their business and plan ahead. The system is also scalable; with the ability to grow with a business."A restaurant owner or manager can be away from site, but can log into the dashboard to see how the site is performing and follow trading patterns and trends. It also gives them the ability to keep an eye on staff activity, to ensure productivity is as high as possible. Effectively, they can stay in control of their business anytime, anywhere."Consolis maintains close relations with its customers and took on board feedback for the need to create a more intuitive system. The HQ on Demand user interface is designed to be as simple as possible."There is nothing else in the market as intuitive and useful as the HQ on Demand," added Moore. "We really wanted to create an enterprise level system for the smaller and independent hospitality providers - opening a gateway for them to use the infrastructure that - to date - has only been available to larger organisations."Peter Manuel, operations manager at SOHO Coffee, which recently implemented the HQ on Demand, said: "Since the system went live, we haven't experienced any downtime at any of our sites - the stability is phenomenal. And now we have access to all reporting information - at our fingertips. We can now dig deeper into our sales data.”-Ends-Notes to editors: AboutSince 2007, Consolis (now Lolly) has offered advanced electronic point of sale (EPoS) systems coupled with integrated payment technology to independent businesses in the retail and hospitality market places. With over 30,000 installations of its award-winning terminals and application systems, Consolis has built an enviable reputation for service, implementation, support and product quality. From the beginning, the company's vision has been to provide systems that are easy for retailers to use, and it has developed its 'PoS in a Box' systems. For further information please contact:Katrina Suppiah, PublicitéTel: + 44 (0)20 8543 6582Email: k.suppiah@publicite.co.uk
