LollyPOS stores application data in the users local application directory. This folder can be viewed by typing %LOCALAPPDATA% into the file explorer address bar.

On your computer this will take you to the folder 'C:\Users\{USER}\AppData\Local' where {USER} is your local computer username.All the data for LollyPOS applications are stored in the folder called 'LollyPOS' with a seperate subfolder for each location LollyPOS has been started from on your computer, if you are removing all copies of LollyPOS from the computer you can safely delete the entire LollyPOS folder.Note: if browsing to the folder it is often hidden by default (as usually it's only used by applications) you may need to go into file explorer and use the menu to tick the option for viewing hidden items first.
